Der German Motion Picture Fund (GMPF) foerdert internationale und nationale Produktionen mit hohem VFX-, Animations- oder Serviceanteil in Deutschland. Er gewaehrt einen Produktionskostenzuschuss (Cash Rebate) von bis zu 30 Prozent der in Deutschland anfallenden Kosten. Ziel ist die Staerkung des Standorts Deutschland fuer High-End-Content und digitale Produktionsdienstleistungen. Der Fonds wird von der FFA verwaltet.

Richtlinie 2025 läuft am 31.12.2025 aus. Reform und Zusammenführung von DFFF und GMPF bis Mitte 2026 vorgesehen; Förderquote einheitlich 30 %. Steueranreizmodell aufgeschoben.
